Accepting these terms
This website is operated by Phil-Nippon Kyoei Corporation (PNKC), a
company registered in the Philippines with its office at S705 Royal
Plaza Twin Towers Condominium, 648 Remedios St., Malate, Manila. By
using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them,
please do not use the site.
How we handle what you send us through the site is set out
separately in our Privacy Policy.
By using the site you confirm that you are able to enter into a
binding agreement, and that where you are using it on behalf of a
company you have authority to do so.
Acceptable use
You may read this site, use its forms to contact us, and apply for a
role. That is the whole of what it is for. You agree not to:

submit a form by automated means, or attempt to defeat, bypass or
overload the bot check and submission limits that protect it;

use the forms to send anything unlawful, threatening, defamatory,
deceptive, or which infringes someone else's rights;

impersonate another person or organisation, or supply an email
address that is not yours to use — the site emails a receipt to
whatever address is entered;

upload or transmit any file containing a virus or other malicious
code;

scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its content,
including the client and partner names published on it;

probe, scan or test the security of the site, or attempt to reach
any part of it you have not been given access to.
We may block access, refuse a submission, or stop responding where
we reasonably believe this clause has been breached. Nothing in it
limits what we may do about conduct that is unlawful.
Site content
The material published here — product pages, service descriptions,
company history, and figures — is provided for information. We take
care to keep it accurate and current, but specifications, technical
details and availability change, and we do not warrant that every
page is complete or free of error at the moment you read it.
Nothing on this site is engineering, technical or professional
advice for your particular application. Confirm requirements with
our team before you rely on a specification for a purchase or an
installation.
Products and quotations
Listing a product on this site is not an offer to sell it, and the
catalogue is not a price list. Pricing, lead time, delivery terms
and current availability are given by written quotation, prepared
against the specification you supply.
Images are representative. Where a manufacturer changes a product,
the item supplied is the current equivalent, confirmed on the
quotation.
Enquiries and orders
Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract.
Neither does our quotation on its own: a sale is formed when we
confirm your order in writing, on the terms of that confirmation.
Please send accurate details. We work from what you give us, and a
quotation prepared against a wrong specification will be wrong.
Careers and internships
Applying through this site does not create an employment
relationship, an offer, or any obligation on us to respond to every
application. Anything you upload should be yours to share, and
should not contain another party's confidential material.
Files you send us
The careers and internship forms take a CV as a PDF or Word
document. An enquiry may also attach a spreadsheet or an image.
Either way a file must be no larger than 4 MB — the form will
refuse a bigger one rather than fail silently.
By attaching a file you confirm it is yours to send, that it does
not contain another party's confidential material, and that it is
free of malicious code. We may refuse, quarantine or delete a file
that does not meet those conditions, and we are not obliged to tell
you why.
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to open
it, store it and circulate it internally for the purpose you sent
it for — assessing an application, or answering an enquiry — and
nothing beyond that.
The site assistant
The assistant on this site is automated. It answers by matching your
question against content published on this website, and it cannot
quote, negotiate, commit us to anything, or check the status of an
order. Treat its answers as a pointer to the right page, and
confirm anything that matters with our team.
Availability of the site
We do not promise that this site will be available without
interruption. It may be unavailable for maintenance, because of a
fault, or because of something outside our control, and we may
change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including a page, a
form, or the catalogue — without notice.
If a form is unavailable when you need it, the phone number and
email addresses on our contact page reach the
same people.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere we do not run — a manufacturer, a
partner, a government registry — the link is there for convenience.
We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their
content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an
endorsement.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, photography, the PNKC name
and mark, and the certification scans shown on the About page —
belongs to PNKC or to its partners and licensors. You may read,
print and share pages for your own reference or to evaluate working
with us. You may not republish, resell, or use the material
commercially without our written permission.
Our certificates are shown through a view-only viewer and are
watermarked. They are published so you can verify our
accreditations, not for redistribution, and they must not be
reproduced, altered, or presented as anything other than PNKC's own
documents.
Manufacturer and partner names and marks appearing on this site
belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the
products and partnerships described.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the fullest extent the law
allows, PNKC is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on
site content, from the site being unavailable or interrupted, or
from any link on it to a site we do not control.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under
Philippine law, and nothing here affects the terms of a supply
contract you have with us — those terms govern anything we sell you.
Your responsibility to us
If you use this site in breach of these terms — in particular the
acceptable-use clause above — and that causes us loss, a claim from
someone else, or a regulatory action, you are responsible for the
cost of it, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [venue — to be confirmed by
PNKC].
General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest
of them continue to apply. If we do not enforce something
immediately, that is not a waiver of it — we can still enforce it
later.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy,
are the whole of what governs your use of this website. They do not
replace or vary the terms of any supply contract you have with us;
where the two differ about something we have sold you, that contract
governs.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else.
We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the
business, and your rights will not be reduced by it.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The
current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the
